A brand is only as strong as its internal culture. The Denver Brand Environment (13th Floor) was architected to be a physical daily reminder of the Wealth + Health mission. By translating digital pillars into a tangible workspace, we ensured that our employees were living the vision they build for customers every day.
As the Innovation Lab & Product Strategist, I proposed the environmental experience for the 13th floor. I acted as the strategic bridge between the Lab’s strategic theory and physical interior design—ensuring that the workspace served as an anchor for the enterprise’s new holistic way of working.
The Project: Denver Office Branded Environment (13th Floor)
The Role: Innovation Lab & Product Strategist
The Impact: Presented environmental strategy to the Steering Committee for approval; Reinforced brand mission for internal teams.
The Outcome: A branded workspace that aligns employee culture with the external customer promise of Wealth + Health.
To deliver on a holistic brand strategy like Wealth + Health, the internal team must be aligned on the mission. The Denver office needed to reflect this transformation. The challenge was to take digital design pillars and translate them into a physical environment that encouraged wellness and financial clarity for the very people building the products.
My objective was to architect the environmental experience for the 13th floor. I needed to bridge the gap between the Lab’s strategic logic and the physical workspace, creating a daily-use environment that communicated the brand’s core values to employees and visiting stakeholders.
Environment Strategy Proposal: Presented the branded environment concepts to the Steering Committee for approval. I coordinated with interior designers and graphic production teams to ensure the physical visuals matched the high-fidelity standards established in our digital toolkits.
Physical Manifestation: Directed the final environmental graphics and wayfinding. By focusing on a unified experience framework, we ensured the physical space reinforced the same pillars of trust and wellness that agents were delivering in the field.
The 13th Floor became a physical touchpoint for the brand mission. By reinforcing the Wealth + Health pillars in the workplace, we strengthened employee engagement and provided a tangible anchor for the company’s strategic shift, ensuring the vision remained central to our internal operations.
