The National Sales Conference served as the high-stakes launchpad for the Wealth + Health vision. This event was designed to move the strategy from a Lab concept to a lived reality for the national sales force, providing them with the immersive experience and confidence needed to represent the brand to customers.

As the Innovation Lab & Product Strategist, I led the experience orchestration for the event. By acting as the strategic bridge between executive vision and on-site execution, I ensured that every environmental and digital touchpoint clearly communicated the pillars of Wealth + Health to our most critical internal audience.

The Situation

Launching a new enterprise pillar like Wealth + Health requires more than a digital toolkit; it requires a culture shift. The National Sales Conference was the primary vehicle to demonstrate this shift. We needed an environment that felt high-trust and high-energy, where the connection between physical and financial well-being was unmistakable.

The Task

My objective was to create an immersive brand ecosystem at the event. I needed to ensure that the strategic foundation built in the Lab was present in the physical environment—bridging the gap between the theoretical pillar and the practical confidence our agents needed in the field.

The Actions

Strategic Event Alignment: Presented the environmental and experiential branding plan to the Steering Committee for approval. I coordinated with event production teams to ensure all signage, booths, and digital displays remained synchronized with the core product vision.

Experience Integration: Directed the on-site branding and interactive touchpoints, including the Four Winds touchscreen experience. By treating the conference as a unified system, we ensured that the “Wealth + Health” message was reinforced at every turn.

The Results
