I architected an integrated cross-platform ecosystem that seamlessly connected the iOS, Android, and Web experiences into a single, high-performance hub. By establishing a centralized design system and coordinating global workstreams, we transformed a fragmented member experience into a resilient service designed for the world’s leading CEOs.

YPO members required a singular digital home to navigate chapter networks, global events, and peer-to-peer learning. The existing fragmented experience across chapters and devices created friction for high-stakes executive collaboration. To solve this, the organization needed an ecosystem that balanced enterprise-grade security with a fast, consumer-grade experience.
My objective was to lead the experience strategy and execution of YPO Connect across web, iOS, and Android. I was responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring that the final apps connected all membership touchpoints into a unified, high-trust experience.
Cross-Platform Orchestration: Orchestrated parallel delivery tracks for an overseas mobile team and a US-based web team. I served as the primary bridge to the VP of Technology—resolving technical blockers and ensuring that the iOS, Android, and Web features were synchronized and connected throughout the development lifecycle.
Systemic Integration: Led the design and implementation of a coordinated design system. This centralized “source of truth” allowed us to connect disparate platform requirements into a single UI framework, drastically reducing technical debt and ensuring a consistent member journey regardless of the device.
Trust-Native Features: Designed high-trust interaction patterns for executive-level utility, including secure geolocation “Radar” for proximity-based networking and a streamlined authentication flow that prioritized member privacy and ease of recovery.
YPO Connect launched as a resilient digital hub for executive members worldwide. By establishing an integrated framework that connected web and mobile workstreams, we strengthened global chapter engagement and simplified peer discovery. This initiative provided YPO with a scalable digital foundation that supports secure, frictionless CEO connection at a global scale.
