Each year our innovation team is given a budget for a team building activity.

This year's budget allowed me to plan an unforgettable experience for our team at Extreme Sandbox.

The team had the chance to drive a bulldozer, dig with an excavator and take out our frustrations on an old car.

The team had so much fun that till this day we still talk about it and cannot go by a construction site without wanting to operate the heavy equipment.
